Services are by appointment only and due to Covid-19, NO walk-ins are welcome. A deposit is required for your appointment request to be approved.

Policies and Procedures
Scheduling Your Appointment
Before you schedule your service please READ the following:
• Appointments require a 22% non-refundable deposit that is calculated based upon services booked and payable at the time of booking your appointment. It will be applied to your service.
• We understand that things happen so there will be a 10 minute grace period with advanced notice.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED an 80% no show/late cancellation fee will applied. You will be required to reschedule and pay another deposit. SECOND NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM BOOKING.
• A 48 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Any no call/no show is subject to a 80% fee. If this happens twice without a reasonable explanation, you will automatically be banned from booking any future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Acceptable forms of payment are CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, ZELLE OR APPLEPAY.
• IF YOU NEED A SOAK OFF PLEASE BOOK THAT WITH YOUR SERVICE. (Our work only.)
